ingredients :
- octopus : 1 kg
- oil : 5 tbs
- onion, chopped : 2
- garlic and ginger paste : 1 teaspoon
- thyme, parsley, chopped : 1 teaspoon
- salt to taste

chives, chopped : 2
small tomatoes, chopped : 500 gr
capsicums, without seeds, slice open : 2
salt to taste

method :
- Wash the octopus well then cut it in small cubs.
- Stir-fry onions in hot oil, add the octopus, the paste "garlic-ginger", thyme and parsley.
- Salt, mix all and cook further for 15 min.
- Add 2 cup of water, cover until the octopus becomes tender
- Add tomatoes, capsicums, the rest of the thyme. The mixture must become thick.
- Serve hot, with some parsley as decoration.
