ingredients :
- starch : 1 teaspoon
- egg white : 1
- white wine : 3 tbs
- chicken breast, chopped : 2
- oil : 2 tbs

salt to taste
chives, chopped : 2
green sweet pepper, without seeds, chopped : 1
bamboo roots, chopped in slices : 130 g
soya sauce : 1 tbscashew nuts : 130 g

method :
- Mix starch and white egg with tbs of white wine.
- Mix with the cubs of chicken.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Add the chives and stir-fry during 30 sec.
- Add the chicken and cook 3 min, then add the rest of the mixture and cook 2 min.
- Serve hot.
